Patty Melt Punch Card Promotion Official Rules

Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Starting on or about September 4, 2026, receive an RJ Grunts Patty Melt Punch Card (and a punch) with your first purchase of a regular priced Patty Melt.  With every subsequent Patty Melt purchased by November 25, 2026, your card will be punched. Multiple punches may be earned in one transaction. Buy five Patty Melts at regular price and get the sixth Patty Melt free when you dine in and purchase items valued at ten dollars or more from the regular menu.   Punch card must be collected by the staff at the time of redemption.  No cash value or alternative prize available.  No substitutions. This promotion may not be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount of any kind including the Lettuce Entertain You Frequent Diner program.  Patty Melts must be purchased at regular price and may not be purchased with Lettuce Frequent Diner points/dollars.  Points will not be given for Patty Melt purchases.  Free Patty Melts must be redeemed by December 23, 2026. RJ Grunts is not responsible for lost punch cards or errors of any kind. Punches will not be replaced if punch card is lost, damaged or stolen. General Provisions: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are available. Punch cards are not transferrable and may not be combined for redemption. Not redeemable for cash. Gratuity is not included.  No Prize includes alcoholic beverages.  Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. All Employees of Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., their agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible.

By participating participants/winners agree to release RJ Grunts and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents as stated herein from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any item received or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities and that RJ Grunts may use participant’s/winner’s name, likeness and submitted photograph for advertising and publicity purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known, without further notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). Participants acknowledge that neither RJ Grunts nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to this promotion.

Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.  This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts.  Each Participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION.   PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
